Service Fees for Therapy Services
Although insurance and managed care plans may have the potential to limit access to desired services, at Main Line Therapy Solutions, we believe that quality therapy should be affordable and accessible to everyone. To assure that individuals have the opportunity to obtain psychotherapy services that can further the potential to live more fulfilling and rewarding lives, most of our clinicians are in-network with several insurance and EAP plans. We are happy to speak with you to see if we’re a participating provider for your plan.
**Please note that Main Line Testing Solutions is a separate company and is NOT an in-network provider with Insurance companies, however, we can provide an itemized billing statement that clients can then submit to their insurance provider for any testing services provided.

We are also pleased to participate in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Carebridge and Magellan.
If we are not in-network with a client’s insurance, our standard rate applies and is determined based on the particular clinician seen and the type of service provided. Many insurance companies will reimburse for services provided by out-of-network providers. We are pleased to be able to provide clients with receipts containing all of the necessary information to submit for reimbursement. If assistance is needed to determine if a plan will cover or reimburse services, please ask to speak to us.
It has been the mission of Main Line Therapy Solutions to provide quality behavioral health care services to ALL individuals and in honoring that mission, we strive to make our therapeutic services affordable and accessible to everyone. We will provide a sliding scale fee for those individuals who meet certain criteria. Please contact us directly if it is necessary to speak with us about this option.
Alternatively, we have post-docs and clinical interns who can provide services at a reduced fee. All post docs and clinical interns are supervised by a licensed clinician.
All fees are due at the time of an appointment. If using insurance, clients may still be responsible for a copay or deductible.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to provide enough time to offer the appointment to another individual. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee of the session will be charged. Insurance companies cannot be billed for missed appointments.
We request that all payments be made in the form of check or cash. If this presents a hardship, a credit-card option can be discussed privately with the client’s therapist.
