Service Fees

Although insurance and managed care plans may have the potential to limit access to desired services, we believe that quality therapy should be affordable and accessible to everyone. To make sure that individuals have the opportunity to obtain psychotherapy services that can further the potential to live more fulfilling and rewarding lives, we do have clinicians that are in-network with several insurance and EAP plans.   We are happy to speak with you to see if we’re a participating provider for your plan.

We are also pleased to participate in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Carebridge and Magellan.

If we are not in-network for your insurance, our standard rate applies and is determined based on the clinician seen and the type of service provided.  Many insurance companies will reimburse for services provided by out-of-network providers. You will be provided with receipts containing all of the necessary information to submit for reimbursement. If assistance is needed to determine if a plan will cover or reimburse services, please ask to speak to us.

It has been the mission of Main Line Therapy Solutions to provide quality behavioral health care services to ALL individuals and in honoring that mission, we strive to make our therapeutic services affordable and accessible to everyone.  We will provide a sliding scale fee for those individuals who meet certain criteria.   Please contact us directly if you would like to speak with us about this option.

Alternatively, we have post docs and clinical interns who can provide services at a reduced fee.  All post docs and clinical interns are supervised by a licensed clinician.  

All fees are due at time of appointment. If using insurance, you still may be responsible for a copay or deductible.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to provide enough time to offer the appointment to another individual.  If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee of the session will be charged. Insurance companies cannot be billed for missed appointments.

We request that all payments be made in the form of check or cash.  If this presents a hardship for you, please discuss privately with your clinician.
