Ms. Nurock is a licensed Clinical Social Worker working primarily with Adults and with Elders and their families. She uses a Cognitive Behavior Model as well as common sense approach to helping people through difficult transitions. She has over 20 years experience working in private practice and as a medicare provider. Prior to that Bridget worked for 3 years in The Crozier Keystone Hospital System in the Silberman Center as Director of Geriatric Assessment.

Anna is Co-owner and Managing Director of MLTS. She specializes in the treatment of Mood and Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, and Autistic Spectrum Disorders. She has over 25 years experience working in behavioral health care and developmental disabilities. She has created and directed a multitude of children's mental health programs as well as provided years of direct-care services to adults, children and families in both community mental health organizations and in private practice.
Anna has additional experience working with chronic mental health issues and with children and families around challenging behaviors in both school and home environments. Anna works collaboratively with parents and other professionals to help find and agree on the best therapeutic approach.
Anna is a licensed Clinical Social Worker earning her graduate degree from Bryn Mawr College School of Social Services. She was awarded the QCSW certification from the National Association of Social Workers and is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Clinical Social Workers. Additionally she holds a certification in adolescent psychotherapy and is very knowledgeable in providing cognitive behavioral therapy to both children and adults.
Dr. Burman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She received her Masters and Doctorate in Psychology from Widener University. Most recently, Dr. Burman conducted therapy within a college counseling center where she worked with individuals presenting a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, adjustment and family dynamic issues, stages of life difficulties and Personality disorders. She also has experience as a school psychologist and has conducted research on children with learning disabilities. Dr. Burman works with pre-adolescents through adults and takes a relational approach in therapy to help clients explore maladaptive patterns in their relationships.
Established in 2010, Main Line Therapy Solutions, LLC has been providing psychotherapy services to individuals across the lifespan. In addition to therapists who work with school aged children, adolescents, and adults, we also have clinicians specializing in work with preschool aged children and those who work with older adults and seniors. Our goal is to provide affordable services without compromising quality behavioral health care. In situations where insurance coverage is not available, we will do our best to work with clients to develop an affordable fee. To the clinicians at MLTS, nothing is more important than helping our clients access the services they need. Janet Siegel, PsyD

Janet is Co-owner and Director of Operations of MLTS. She is a licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist who has been in private practice for more than 20 years and has been working in the field of behavioral health care since 1987.
She provides individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults. In addition, Janet oversees the Assessment Division of MLTS. She has taught classes on Developmental Psychology and Supervision at an undergraduate and graduate level, respectively. She also has extensive experience supervising practicum students as well as other therapists.
Janet has membership in the American Psychological Association, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and Specialists of Schools.

Caren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing services to children and families. She received her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University, and completed additional training in trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy. Caren’s vast experience spans over 20 years across private practice, schools and the pediatric medical field, where she has provided counseling and resources to children with social, emotional, behavioral and learning difficulties. In her clinical practice, she uses evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Parent Management Training. She has treated children struggling with ODD, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition, she enjoys working with their families to help improve relationships through learning and practicing positive ways to communicate and interact. Above all, she creates a therapeutic environment that allows children and families to feel safe expressing themselves, gain insight and learn new ways to cope with their stressors.
Jamie Silvers, LCSW (Haverford only)
Jamie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing services to children, adolescents, couples and families of culturally diverse backgrounds. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Families & Children. While living in Los Angeles, Jamie worked as a school social worker at a nonpublic school, providing specialized and therapeutic services to children with significant emotional, social, learning and developmental disabilities. She also has experience working with individuals and couples wanting to foster or adopt, including training, certification and matching with available children. With an undergraduate degree in film, and 10 years working in the music industry, Jamie incorporates a unique combination of skills and experience to offer clients creative outlets in counseling. Jamie follows a strength-based approach, focusing on the cognitive model, as well as other evidence-based practices, to treat those suffering from depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, interpersonal struggles, and grief & loss.
Jillian Altomare, LPC (Haverford & Narbeth)
Jillian is a Licensed Professional Counselor, working primarily with children, adolescents, couples and families. She received her Masters degree in Counseling from Arcadia University, with a concentration in Child and Family Therapy. Jillian strives to create a safe and trusting environment where individuals feel open to share their life experiences and interpersonal struggles. She embodies a strengths-based approach incorporating techniques from motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness/ meditation. She has experience in family therapy, working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, family issues, as well as trauma and stress related disorders.
